FAQs

What you need to know about the Authors' Journey so far

Q: Did you always want to be an author?

Yes! It has always been my dream, but I didn't know where to start and just settled for being a reader, and I loved conjuring up stories and scenarios in my head, and then one day; I was like, let's give this a try. My major in the university help boost my zeal and I didn't want to live a life of regret, so I wrote my first book. Although it wasn't easy, God stood by me and, well, it picked up from there.

Q: How do you come up with your stories?

Thanks to the gift of God, I drew inspirations and ideas from everywhere and everything, even from these conversations, from real-life events, from even my book covers, etc. My stories come easily to me, and because of the different ideas, I can start writing four to five books all at once, and unlike most people I can't jot down ideas on a piece of paper, it must be direct Coming up with plots is not hard sticking to them is.

Q: What inspired you to become a writer?

My primary goal when I started writing was to bring real and raw characters to life, to share my stories with the world.

Characters that get angry, jealous, bitter, betrayed, heartbroken, love, and say the wrong things at the wrong time. Flawed characters with a good heart that you can't help but relate to.

Q: What are the most interesting plots you have ever written?

Now that is a difficult question, being that all my works are pretty interesting, ranging from the first to the one I'm currently on.

But if you want me to recommend Paid to be Mrs Black, is the first place to start from.

Q: Do you have any advice for upcoming Writers?

It's never easy to pin down something things. It needs a lot of focus. Don't just write because others are writing. Write because you love it with motivation and discipline.

Sit down and write even when you don't feel like it, even when you think what you're writing is bad. You can always go back and edit it later. The more you write, the more experience you gain.

And above all, never give up even when the road gets bumpy, because trust me, it does. Think more about why you started your passion for the written word, and you'll thrumph with God by your side.
